Air Plains Services referred to within this privacy policy is referred to as “APS.”

By submitting your information on Air Plains website and forms therein you agree to receive communications from Air Plains Services. Personal information including your name, email, phone number, and aircraft registration details are required to prepare formal quotations for our services. You may have the opportunity to receive certain communications from us related to our services. If you provide us with your email address in order to receive communications, you can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of our emails and adjusting your email preferences. Please note that certain emails may be necessary for the operation of our services. You will continue to receive these necessary emails, if lawful and appropriate, even if you unsubscribe from our optional marketing communications.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information that you choose to share with us, but we do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties , except as necessary to provide requested services or as required by law. The SMS consent and the phone number will be used exclusively for communication purposes by APS and will not involve any third-party engagements.

The email address entered will be added to a monthly newsletter email and also be product related emails.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.   All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How does APS communicate with site visitors?

By entering your email, name, phone number or aircraft tail number into the website you agree to receive information from APS and we may contact you about products or services we have to offer.

How to withdraw your consent

To be removed from communications from APS please unsubscribe. You can do that at the bottom of our monthly newsletters or by contacting APS directly.
